VOTE for CRIS ERICSON in VERMONT, YOU WILL LOVE HER!

VOTE for CRIS ERICSON in VERMONT, YOU WILL LOVE HER!
VERMONTERS LOVE CRIS!

CRIS ERICSON is on the official Nov. 6, 2018
general election ballot in Vermont for
Governor and for US Congress.

The US Congress votes to give Billions
of our taxpayer dollars to the Pentagon and
the N.I.H, National Institute of health,
and they give our money to defense contractors
and pharmaceutical corporations who use
our money to make TRILLIONS $$$$$$$$$$$$
of dollars for themselves.
Because they are using our taxpayer dollars
to make a profit, we deserve a share!!!!!!!!!!!

39.1 Billion to N.I.H. (National Institute of Health)
plus 716 Billion to the US Military (Pentagon)
= 755.1 Billion dollars which is turned into
TRILLIONS $$$$$$$$$$ of dollars in profit
for defense contractors and pharmaceutical
corporations.

Divide their profit by 50 states and each
state should receive the equivalent of a
tax dividend if they had bought shares of
stock in these corporations and defense
contractors.

(1) We must demand Vermont members of the
United States Congress,
sponsor a new Bill with a NEW DEAL so
that taxpayers own a share
of the profits for all of their taxpayer dollars
the U.S. Congress votes to give to the
N.I.H., National Institute of Health, which then
gives millions and millions of dollars to
various pharmaceutical corporations
for research, design and development of
new prescriptions and medical devices,
which the pharmaceutical corporations then
sell worldwide for trillions of dollars in profit
which they are currently keeping for themselves,
making the rich richer, and the poor poorer.

We, the taxpayers, paid for the research,
design and development of these new
prescription drugs and medical devices
so we deserve a return on our investment,
“R.O.I.”

When a person buys shares of stock
in any of these pharmaceutical corporations,
they get a return on their investment called a
dividend.

We, the taxpayers, must demand equal rights,
a return on our investment, “R.O.I.”
to be paid to the 50 states
for health, education, low income housing,
cleaner, fresher, purer drinking water,
infrastructure – roads and bridges,
and all needs of the people that government
should provide for the common welfare,
health and safety of the citizens.

WHEN TAXPAYERS PAY FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT,
AND RECEIVE NO RETURN FOR THEIR
INVESTMENT, BUT THE WEALTHY
PEOPLE WHO BUY SHARES OF STOCK
IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATIONS
DO RECEIVE “R.O.I.”, A RETURN ON
INVESTMENT IN THE FORM OF STOCK
DIVIDEND CHECKS PAID TO THEM,
THEN IN REALITY,
THE TAXPAYERS HAVE PAID FOR
THE STOCK DIVIDENDS ISSUED TO
THE RICH PEOPLE,
SO THE POOR WORKERS GET POORER,
AND THE RICH PEOPLE GET RICHER.

The legal argument for this is that the
general intent of U.S. Copyright
and U.S. Patent Laws
is that the people paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should own the Copyright, which is the
design or drawing of a new product,
under US Copyright Law work made for hire laws,
so then they have a right to ownership in the Patent
for the product built on the chemical design,
blueprint
or drawing of a physical object,
and then in the products based on those
blueprints, drawings, diagrams and designs
which are sold,
so WE THE PEOPLE
WHOSE TAX DOLLARS PAID FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
have a right to the share of profits!

The US Senate passed a spending bill August 23, 2018
allotting $39.1 billion to the National Institutes of Health (N.I.H.) for the 2019 fiscal year starting on October 1.
This is a 5.4 percent increase, or $2 billion more than fiscal year 2018. THESE TAXPAYER DOLLARS CAME OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK!
The National Institute of Health will give your tax dollars
to pharmaceutical corporations who will make TRILLIONS
of dollars in profit USING YOUR TAX DOLLARS,
so YOU deserve a share of the profit!
Right now, YOU are getting ripped off!

Everyone who buys shares of stock in the pharmacuetical
corporations expects a share of the profit for their
investment. Taxpayers deserve the same rights!
WHERE IS OUR SHARE OF THE PROFIT OF THE
TRILLIONS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ OF DOLLARS
PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATIONS
MAKE USING OUR TAX DOLLARS?

2) Our biggest expense is what is should be,
national defense.
But, this valid expenditure for our U.S. Military
has made some defense contractors
mega-multi-millionaire, and even billionaires.
That’s the part that makes no common
sense, particularly since our war Veterans
are lacking a lot of medical and dental
treatment, and many are homeless.

June 2018, US Congress gives the US Military
(Pentagon) $716 BILLION dollars – your taxpayer
dollars.

Taxpayers pay taxes, the U.S. Congress votes to
give billions of tax dollars to the Pentagon,
then the Pentagon gives millions and
millions of your tax dollars to defense contractors
for research, design and development
of new weapons systems
and improvements of existing weapons
and jets, drones and bombs.
Then the defense contractors sell the new weapons
to our allies worldwide and make
TRILLIONS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
of dollars of profits for themselves.

The legal argument for this is that the
general intent of U.S. Copyright
and U.S. Patent Laws
is that the people paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should own the Copyright, which is the
design or drawing of a new product,
under US Copyright Law work made for hire laws,
so then they have a right to ownership in the Patent
for the product built on the chemical design,
blueprint
or drawing of a physical object,
and then in the products based on those
COPYRIGHTED
blueprints, drawings, diagrams and designs
which are sold,
so WE THE PEOPLE
WHOSE TAX DOLLARS PAID FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
have a right to the share of profits!

Vermont’s members of the United States Congress,
House and Senate, should
sponsor a Bill to demand that
We, the taxpayers, are treated with equal rights
like people who buy shares of stock in the
defense corporations and receive dividends;
we must demand a
a return on our investment of our taxpayer
dollars given to defense contractors, “R.O.I.”

WHEN TAXPAYERS PAY FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT,
AND RECEIVE NO RETURN FOR THEIR

for health, education, low income housing,
cleaner, fresher, purer drinking water,
infrastructure – roads and bridges,
and all needs of the people that government
should provide for the common welfare,
health and safety of the citizens.

(3) We must demand that Vermont’s Representatives
to the United States Congress,
sponsor a Bill to require that:
(a) Any entitity, corporation, non-profit,
university or college that receives
taxpayer dollars
should not pay anyone a salary higher
than the equivalent salary paid to a
government employee; and
(b) because, under current law,
low income people who apply for benefits
like food stamps and medicaid must divulge
all of their bank accounts and assets
under penalty of perjury,
therefore,
people who run non-profit organizations,
universities and colleges
should be held to the same
standards as poor people
when taxpayers fund the
non-profit organizations,
colleges and universities;
so they should be required to also
reveal, under penalty of perjury,
all of their assets, property,
and bank accounts in order to qualify
and prove they actually need taxpayer
dollars to fund their organizations.

OCTOBER 2018 OFFICIAL POLITICAL PLATFORM
OF CRIS ERICSON

Cris Ericson for
Representative to US Congress 2018
&
Cris Ericson for Governor of Vermont 2018
Independent Candidate Platform
http://indyvt.com

The first thing Vermonters ask is:
“How are you going to pay for that?”

Finding ways to fund Vermont state programs
and federal programs is critical to
the health and happiness of Vermonters.

We need more money for healthcare,
education, and low cost housing and
other programs for people living with
disabilities and senior citizens and
families with children.

We need a lot more money, so,
where will Cris Ericson get more money
for Vermont?

Here are three (3) ways Cris Ericson will get
more money for Vermont to keep
Vermonters safe and happy and healthy
and educated and living well.

(1) If Cris Ericson wins the election
for Representative to the United States Congress,
she will sponsor a new Bill
to demand that taxpayers own a share
of the profits for all of their taxpayer dollars
the U.S. Congress votes to give to the
N.I.H., National Institute of Health, which then
gives millions and millions of dollars to
various pharmaceutical corporations
for research, design and development of
new prescriptions and medical devices,
which the pharmaceutical corporations then
sell worldwide for trillions of dollars in profit
which they are currently keeping for themselves,
making the rich richer, and the poor poorer.
We, the taxpayers, paid for the research,
design and development of these new
prescription drugs and medical devices
so we deserve a return on our investment,
“R.O.I.”

When a person buys shares of stock
in any of these pharmaceutical corporations,
they get a return on their investment called a
dividend.

We, the taxpayers, must demand equal rights,
a return on our investment, “R.O.I.”
Our share, as taxpayers paying for the R&D,
research, design and development,
could be paid to the 50 states
for health, education and all needs of
the people.

The legal argument for this is that the
general intent of U.S. Copyright
and U.S. Patent Laws
is that the people paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should own the Copyright, which is the
design or drawing of a new product,
under US Copyright Law work made for hire laws,
so then they have a right to ownership in the Patent
for the product built on the chemical design or
drawing of a physical object,
and then in the products which are sold,
so they have a right to the share of profits!

The government shouldn’t be handing out
our taxpayer dollars to profit-making corporations
without a return on our investment!

AMERICANS HAVE A RIGHT TO A PROFIT ON OUR TAX DOLLARS
WHEN THE CORPORATIONS THEY ARE GIVEN TO
USE THEM TO PROFIT!

(2) Our biggest expense is what is should be, national defense. But, this valid expenditure for our U.S. Military
has made some defense contractors
mega-multi-millionaire, and even billionaires.
That’s the part that makes no common
sense, particularly since our war Veterans
are lacking a lot of medical and dental
treatment, and many are homeless.

Taxpayers pay taxes, the U.S. Congress votes to
give billions of tax dollars to the Pentagon,
then the Pentagon gives millions and
millions of your tax dollars to defense contractors
for research and development
of new weapons systems
and improvements of existing weapons
and jets, drones and bombs.
Then the defense contractors sell the new weapons
to our allies worldwide and make trillions of
dollars of profits for themselves.

If Cris Ericson is elected to be the new
Representative to the United States Congress,
she will sponsor a Bill to demand that
We, the taxpayers, are treated with equal rights
like people who buy shares of stock in the
defense corporations and receive dividends,
we must demand a
a return on our investment of our taxpayer
dollars given to defense contractors, “R.O.I.”

Our share, as taxpayers paying for the R&D,
research, design and development,
could be paid to the 50 states
for health, education and all needs of
the people.

The legal argument for this is that the
general intent of U.S. Copyright
and U.S. Patent Laws
is that the people paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should own the Copyright, which is the
design or drawing of a new product,
under US Copyright Law work made for hire laws,
so then they have a right to ownership in the Patent
for the product built on the chemical design or
drawing of a physical object,
and then in the products which are sold,
so they have a right to the share of profits!

The government shouldn’t be handing out
our taxpayer dollars to profit-making corporations
without a return on our investment!

AMERICANS HAVE A RIGHT TO A PROFIT ON OUR TAX DOLLARS
WHEN THE CORPORATIONS THEY ARE GIVEN TO
USE THEM TO PROFIT!

(3) If elected to be the new Representative
to the United States Congress,
Cris Ericson will sponsor a Bill to
require that:
(a) Any entitity or corporation or non-profit or
university or college that receives
taxpayer dollars
should not pay anyone a salary higher
than the equivalent salary paid to a
government employee; and
(b) because, under current law,
low income people who apply for benefits
like food stamps and medicaid must divulge
all of their bank accounts and assets
under penalty of perjury,
therefore,
people who run non-profit organizations
and universities and colleges
should be held to the same
standards as poor people
when taxpayers fund the non-profit organizations,
colleges and universities;
so they should be required to also
reveal all of their assets, property,
and bank accounts in order to qualify
and prove they actually need taxpayer
dollars to fund their organizations.

If Cris Ericson is elected Governor of Vermont
she will call a Governors Conference of all
Governors in all 50 States and ask them to sign
a Petition to ask the United States Congress
to submit a Bill proposing the above three (3)
Bill proposals written by Cris Ericson.

HOW CAN WE HELP HOMELESS U.S. MILITARY VETERANS?

Is this finally the election season when we will talk about homeless Veterans?

MAKE VERMONT A SANCTUARY STATE FOR HOMELESS
VETERANS, BUILD “VERMONT VETERANS VILLAGES”!!!

Is this election season, 2018, the year we will finally build Vermont Veterans Villages and make Vermont a sanctuary state for
homeless US Military
Veterans, as many as 50,000
of them in the USA!!!

Remember, for every homeless US Military Veteran who moves to Vermont,
if they have a Pension or receive SSI, that will be money spent locally into
the economy in Vermont, spent at grocery stores and other stores and
business in Vermont.

10,000 homeless US Military Veterans moved into Vermont could mean
at least $1,000 (Pension or SSI and federal food stamps, SNAP program)
benefits, so, 10,000 X 1,000 = 10,000,000 MILLION more new
dollars into
the economy of Vermont spent at stores and grocery stores, etc., EVERY MONTH!
20,000 homeless US Military Veterans moved into Vermont could mean
20,000,000 MILLION dollars of new money spent into the economy of
Vermont at grocery stores and other businesses, etc., EVERY
MONTH!

30,000 homeless US Military Veterans moved into Vermont could mean
30,000,000 MILLION dollars of new money spent into the economy of
Vermont at grocery stores and other businesses, etc., EVERY
MONTH!

AND THAT MANY NEW VERMONTERS WOULD ONLY INCREASE
THE
TOTAL POPULATION OF THE STATE OF VERMONT TO ABOUT
650,000!

Let’s start with building Vermont Veterans Villages in the State of Vermont and declaring the State of Vermont a Sanctuary State for Homeless US Military Veterans. We can build homes for them in a cost
effective way that will give them individual homes well spaced out in
Vermont forests so the ones with PTSD will find the solitude they need. We can build roads and hire bus drivers to take them
shopping on
a schedule and to medical facilities and libraries. We can give them a
far better life than living in the streets of Los Angeles and sleeping on cardboard or sleeping in the bushes in the park across the street
from the White House in Washington, D.C.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT FACTS ON HOMELESS
U.S. MILITARY VETERANS?

http://nchv.org/index.php/news/media/background_and_statistics/ ” U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
estimates
that 40,056 Veterans are homeless on any given night.”…
…” more than 40,000 homeless Veterans receive compensation or pension benefits each month.”

WHERE CAN WE GET FREE LABOR TO BUILD HOMES FOR
VETERANS?

Now, lets look at the Vermont Constitution: it says prisoners are to work for the public in view of the public. There are about 1200 right now. We need to hire professional lumberjacks to train prisoners how
to safely cut down trees in Vermont owned state forests.
We need to hire cabin builders to train Vermont
prisoners to build log cabins for each and every
homeless US Military Veteran in the United States
of America who is willing to try living in Vermont.
We need to hire hard wood floor makers and cabinet
makers to train the prisoners and septic system builders and clean water plumbing and solar panel installers. We need to give the prisoners Graduation Certificates and Ceremonies
when they are ready to re-enter society, and make them feel
welcome!

So, where does the money come from to build log
cabins and install septic systems, and solar panels and clean water
plumbing, etc.?

WHERE WILL THE MONEY COME FROM TO BUILD VERMONT
VETERANS VILLAGES
FOR
HOMELESS US MILITARY VETERANS FROM ALL OVER THE USA,
ALL 40,000 up to 50,000 OF
THEM?

The US Congress votes to give our tax dollars to the Pentagon and then
the Pentagon hands our tax dollars out to various defense
contractors
like Lockheed and Boeing and then they use our tax dollars for research – design & development and then they invent new
defense
products using our tax dollars for research and then they sell the new
defense products worldwide to our allies and then they pocket the trillions of dollars of profit.

What’s wrong with this?

What’s wrong is that it is a violation of the intent of US Patent Laws,
BECAUSE we, the taxpayers, paid for the R&D, the research –
design and
development, so we – the taxpayers – should receive a minimum of 50%
of the profits of all sales of defense products to our allies world wide because under the intent of the US Patent law, where we paid for
the R & D, we should OWN the products we paid for, and therefore we
should OWN the sales profits – because under “WORK MADE FOR
HIRE” US
Patent laws, for example, if you work for IBM you sign a work made for
hire agreement if you are an INVENTOR, so that IBM owns the
products
you invent, they paid you, so they own the products the inventor invents. Now, the taxpayers must demand protection under Work Made For
Hire Laws and demand a minimum of 50% of the profits of all sales of
jets and bombs and things to our foreign allies, and then divide that
between the 50 states, and use that money for education,
healthcare,
etc.

Also, when the US Congress votes to give money to the Pentagon and the
Pentagon gives the money out to various defense contractors
then the
defense contractors give some of that money to their PACs,
political
action committees, who wine and dine the US Congress members and give
them campaign donations from the PACs. So, your tax dollars
have come
full circle, this is money laundering, your tax dollars have ended up
in the pockets of the US Congressmen who voted to give your tax dollars to the Pentagon who divided up your tax dollars and gave them
to defense contractors who gave money to PACs – political action committees who wined and dined US Congress members and then
gave huge
donations to the ones who promised to vote for more money for the
Pentagon who would give it to the defense contractors who would give
it to the PACs who would give it right back to the US Congress members
to stuff into their own pockets and campaign accounts.

Meanwhile, back on the sidewalk in Los Angeles there are
homeless US Military
Veterans sleeping on cardboard, and in Washington, D.C. there are homeless
US Military Veterans sleeping in bushes in the park across from the White House.

Is 2018 the Election Season we will finally talk about providing homes for all
US Military Veterans, and really do something about it?

POLITICAL ISSUE:
HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS

Cris Ericson for US Congress
& Governor of Vermont 2018
Independent Candidate Platform
http://indyvt.com

Early absentee voting starts
the last week of August 2018!

HEALTH CARE for ALL AMERICANS must
be paid for in several ways:

(A) 2 million homeless American citizens
have little chance of securing employment
to pay for health insurance.

Health Care will only cover all Americans if it is NOT
insurance based, but instead, paid for by taxes
funding clinics and hospitals and prescriptions.

Corporations should be taxed as persons, because
the US Supreme Court claims that a corporation is a person,
and therefore,
they should be liable for each and every member
of their corporate family which has to include all of their
employees!

(B) We should require all medical schools
which receive state and federal funding to
require students work for government run free clinics
to pay back the taxpayers for their
investment in the students’ education.

(C) We must demand taxpayers own 50%
of the profits for all prescription drugs for
which taxpayers paid for the research, design
and development under the general intent of
U.S. Copyright and U.S. Patent Laws,
whereby the persons paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should ownthe Patent or Copyright;
so in the case of taxpayers paying for research,
design and development of new prescription drugs
and medical devices,
the taxpayers should own the patents and copyrights,
or at least 50% of them,
because we paid for the R & D;
and those profits should be
divided among the 50 states
to pay for healthcare for all Americans.

The government shouldn’t be handing out
taxpayer dollars to profit-making corporations
without a return on our investment!

AMERICANS HAVE A RIGHT TO A PROFIT
ON OUR TAX DOLLARS
WHEN THE CORPORATIONS
THEY ARE GIVEN TO
USE THEM TO PROFIT!

Taxpayers pay taxes, then the U.S. Congress
votes to give billions of dollars of your
taxes to the N.I.H., National Institute of Health,
and then the N.I.H. gives millions and
millions of your tax dollars to
the mega-wealthy pharmaceutical companies for
research to create new
prescription drugs and medical devices.

The pharmaceutical companies claim the ownership
of the Copyrights and Patents for all of the
drugs and medical devices they invented
using your tax dollars
to pay for all of their research, but,
under the intent of work-made-for-hire
Copyright and Patent Laws,
the taxpayers should rightfully
own 50% (50 percent) of the profits of all sales
of all of the prescription drugs and
medical devices sold
WORLDWIDE FOR TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS
which were invented using taxpayer dollars.

The N.I.H., National Institute of Health,
appears to have co-conspired for years, with
the United States Congress, House & Senate,
to deprive taxpayers of their right to the profits on prescription drugs and medical

devices
that the taxpayers paid for the research for.

The incumbent U.S. Senators and Representatives
to Congress have quietly stood by and profitied from this alleged money laundering scheme
because they get kick-backs
in the form of campaign contributions
from the PACs, Political Action Committees,
of pharmaceutical companies
that received funding from the N.I.H.
which received the funding from the U.S. Congress
which took the money from YOU, the taxpayers.

Cris Ericson for US Congress & Governor of Vermont 2018
Independent Candidate Platform
http://indyvt.com

Early absentee voting starts the last week of August 2018!

Cris Ericson’s Independent candidate platform:

UNCONSTITUTIONAL RULES and REGULATIONS

Rules and regulations,
inserted as part of
federal and state laws,
which were written by
non-elected government officials,
are un-Constitutional because only elected officials
can write laws
that put you at risk
of your life, your property,

because they get kick-backs in the form of campaign contributions from the PACs,

Political Action Committees, of pharmaceutical companies that received funding from

the N.I.H. which received the funding from the U.S. Congress which took the money

from taxpayers.

YOUR RIGHT TO CLEAN DRINKING WATER

STOP DUMPING TREATED SEWAGE INTO LAKE CHAMPLAIN and re-route it to

industrial uses and south to the Atlantic Ocean because one-third of Vermonters

draw their drinking water from Lake Champlain.

STOP the construction of any NATURAL GAS PIPELINE within 150 miles of Lake

Champlain from which one-third of Vermonters draw their drinking water. Natural gas

pipelines are in the news nationwide too frequently for explosions and leaks!

STOP DUMPING CHEMICALS TO “TREAT” INVASIVE SPECIES in Lake Champlain from

which one-third of Vermonters draw their drinking water. Why should poor and low

income Vermonters who can’t afford bottled spring water, be treated like “invasive

species”?

OUTLAW MOTORBOATS in Lake Champlain from which one-third of Vermonters draw

their drinking water. New York doesn’t allow motor boats in their drinking water

reservoirs because drops of oil and gas are harmful to our health!

FREE COLLEGE EDUCATION

If you elect Cris Ericson, she will sponsor a Bill in the U.S. Congress to make a public

library online with every single text book on every subject for which the copyright has

expired so that the public can use these freely. This will create the first really free

college education by encouraging people to study text books independently.

Then we need places for independent students to take tests to prove they have

learned the knowledge from a text book, such as testing facilities at taxpayer

supported colleges.

We should using education taxdollars to make movie videos for grades K – 12 and

for each standard college subject. Because these movie videos would be paid for by

taxpayer dollars the American public, would own all rights to these videos, and they

could be distributed to every classroom in the United States for each grade level.

REDUCING THE NATIONAL DEBT

Our biggest expense is what is should be, national defense. But, this valid

expenditure for our U.S. Military has made some defense contractors

mega-multi-millionaire, and even billionaires. That’s the part that makes no common

sense, particularly since our war Veterans are lacking a lot of medical and dental

treatment, and many are homeless. Taxpayers pay taxes, the U.S. Congress votes to

give billions of tax dollars to the Pentagon, then the Pentagon gives millions and

millions of your tax dollars to each defense contractor for research and development

of new weapons systems and improvements of existing weapons and jets like the

F-35 strike fighter jet series, which is designed to be dual capable to carry nuclear

weapons, even though you thought that the public decided a long time ago to end

nuclear proliferation.

Then guess what happens? Defense contractors which received your taxpayer

dollars from the Pentagon which received your taxpayer dollars from the U.S.

Congress, then pay (your taxpayer dollars) to their PACs, political action committees,

and also millions to their lobbyists, and the PACs give money to your U.S.

Congresspersons, and the lobbyists wine and dine your U.S. Congresspersons

(House of Representatives and U.S. Senate).

So, your tax dollars have come full circle and lots and lots of them have ended up in

the pockets of U.S. Senators and Congressmen and Congresswomen. Does that

sound like a money laundering scheme to you?

It certainly sounds like a money laundering scheme to me, and it is costing you so

much money that it deepens the National Debt, year after year, lobbyists paid for by

defense contractors who got the money from the Pentagon who got it from the U.S.

Congress who got the money from you, the taxpayers, are wining and dining your

U.S. Senator and Congresspeople on shrimp and the most expensive wines, vodka,

and whiskey in Washington, D.C.

We can’t afford this money laundering scheme any more, it has to stop. It isn’t just

the Pentagon, it is every group the U.S. Congress votes to give your tax dollars to,

whether it be Planned Parenthood which pays their top executive a higher salary than the President of the United States!

Any group which receives taxpayer dollars and then uses part of those dollars to hire lobbyists to wine and dine the members of the United States Congress, House
and Senate, and also uses part of your taxpayer dollars to pay their PACs, political
action committees,
to give campaign contributions to members of the U.S. Congress, should be examined for actual need, just like people
who apply for food stamps, every bank account they have should be examined to determine if they really need your taxpayer dollars!

Stop the cycle of our tax dollars going full circle into the pockets and stomachs of your elected
representatives, because this feels like money laundering; and it has to stop.

YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE BEING SPENT!

Low income people who apply for benefits like food stamps and medicaid, must

divulge all of their bank accounts and assets under penalty of perjury, so rich people

who run non-profit organizations and universities and colleges and defense

contractors and highway construction contractors should be held to the same

standards as poor people when taxpayers fund their businesses. Any entitity or

corporation or non-profit or university or college that receives taxpayer dollars

should not pay anyone anyone a salary higher than the equivalent salary paid to a

government employee.

SCHOOL SHOOTINGS – GUN CONTROL

The United States Constitution is your gun permit. I will propose a Bill to pay for every

single school building to have National Guard Troops, metal detectors and drone

surveillance until we can go ten years without one school shooting. Our obligation to

our nation’s children is to keep weapons out of schools, not to deprive law abiding

citizens of their right to self defense. I think the bottom line is, that many people

studied history and found out that the Native American Indians were out-gunned by

the European Settlers, and they lost their homelands, and in Africa, people were

out-gunned and taken as slaves, and in Germany, Hitler’s soldiers out-gunned the

Jews, so the bottom line is, you have the people who have studied history versus the

ones who didn’t study it that much, and the ones that did, they think that it is far

more cost effective to have metal detectors and National Guard Soldiers at every

school building door.

HOMELESS MILITARY VETERANS
Is this finally the election season when we will talk about homeless Veterans?

MAKE VERMONT A SANCTUARY STATE FOR HOMELESS VETERANS, BUILD

“VERMONT VETERANS VILLAGES”!!!

Is this election season, 2018, the year we will finally build Vermont Villages and make Vermont a sanctuary state for homeless US Military Veterans, as many as 50,000

20,000 homeless US Military Veterans moved into Vermont could mean 20,000,000 MILLION dollars of new money spent into the economy of Vermont at grocery stores and other businesses, etc., EVERY MONTH!

30,000 homeless US Military Veterans moved into Vermont could mean 30,000,000 MILLION dollars of new money spent into the economy of Vermont at grocery stores and other businesses, etc., EVERY MONTH!

REFUGEES

Our moral obligation is to help war refugees get out of war zones to the closest safe

location, and there are many unpopulated areas on planet Earth which could be

inhabited. We should consider all posibilities of relocation and ideas for co-operation on building.

RACIAL PROBLEMS

I think that we have to start at the very beginning to bridge the racial divide, and that

means that city and town police officers should only be allowed to work in the zip

code that they reside in.

County sherrifs should only be allowed to work in the county they reside in.

White policemen from a different county going to “invade” a
neighboring county that

has a majority of residents who are not white, is just plain wrong.

YOUR TAX DOLLARS GIVEN TO NON-PROFIT

The Supreme Court of the United States wrote an Opinion that “corporations” are

“persons”.

We must require all non-profits and universities be treated the same as persons and

reveal their bank accounts, assets and foreign bank accounts under penalty of

perjury like persons applying for food stamps or fuel assistance under federal laws.

No entity or non-profit receiving federal funding, our tax dollars, should be allowed to

pay any employee more than the equivalent pay rate for U.S. Government employees.

F-35 STRIKE FIGHTER JETS

Stop the F-35 strike fighter jets from being based in Chittenden County because they

are designed to be dual capable to carry nuclear bombs and do not belong in a highly

populated citizen neighborhood.

We must demand taxpayers own 50% of the profits of sales of F-35 jets to foreign

allies because taxpayers paid for the research and design and development of these

Jets and we should not be handing out taxpayer dollars to corporations without

getting a return on our investment!

KEEPING SCHOOLS LOCAL

We need to have more than one school choice, large schools or one room schools. We must allow all certified teachers to be independent contractors and home-school

local children at the rate per child that the State, which receives federal funding,

claims is the cost of education per child.

Because low income people who apply for benefits like food stamps and medicaid,

must divulge all of their bank accounts and assets under penalty of perjury, therefore, all universities and private colleges should be held to the same

standards as poor people when taxpayers
fund their businesses.

Any entitity or corporation or non-profit or university (University of Vermont)
or college that receives taxpayer dollars should not pay anyone staff a salary

higher than the equivalent salary paid to a government employee.

Any university (UVM) which makes a profit so
high that it pays its President more money than the Governor of Vermont’s salary
should not receive any taxpayer dollars unless the taxpayers have full access to the University’s federal taxes and statements of all their offshore foreign bank accounts and receive a profit back for their investment.

GETTING OFF OF “BENEFITS”

We must provide low income recipients of telephone “lifeline” benefits with wifi and

broadband to encourage online employment.

EB-5 PROGRAM

We must require a transparent EB-5 program where anyone can post their idea for a

new business on the government website in a list that foreigners can read and

contact anyone in Vermont who wants to start a new business and needs investment

money.

END PLEA BARGAINS
OUTLAW PLEA BARGAIN DEALS

Too many innocent people are forced into plea bargain
deals and “admit” to crimes they did not do because
of family and financial problems they can’t take care of
when the bail is too high for them to get out of jail.

Too many innocent people are forced into plea bargain
deals after a Jury has found them innocent 11 to 1 guilty,
or innocent 10 to 2 guilty, and then the person is still
held in jail with bail too high to get out and take care of
family and financial obligations.

It is un-Godly for a prosecutor and a Judge to hold
someone for a second trial after 11 Jurors found that
person innocent, and one juror may have been paid off.

This system of filling up private for profit prisons is
a scam.
